Our New Year's resolution is you . Sorry, enough cheeky lines (for this year). Although, this one is somewhat true. As the final days of this year comes to a close, we would like to thank all of our readers for being with us this year.
Whether you are a new subscriber or have been here for a while, we appreciate your support and hope you like our newsletter as much as we enjoy doing it. THE 3 STEPS OF A CANDIDATE's JOURNEY
"From the beginning, everything was transparent, from the salary range to the details of the position. I truly appreciated that. We had an excellent screening interview, and shortly I was selected for a meeting with the client. That first interview went well too. My recruiter shared an article about general tips for technical interviews and provided me with some information about the company. She ensured that I had everything I needed beforehand and kept in touch frequently. A couple of days later, she notified me that the client had chosen me for a second round of interviews with the client. My recruiter answered everything I asked. In the end, the client decided to make me an offer, and TECLA went out of its way to make the transition as smooth as possible. I'm six months in, and it was my best decision so far. I wasn't looking to switch jobs, but this opportunity was too good to pass on. As part of the core engineering team, I am working on features that impact users directly. I'm happy about this position. It wouldn't have happened without TECLA being by my side through the whole application process".
